• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for outpatient records across settings.
• Ensure codes meet CMS/AHA/AHIMA/NCCI guidelines and compliance standards.
• Abstract data from documentation and enter into coding system or EHR.
