Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Coding Auditor to perform quality reviews and audits across multiple clinics. You will deliver precise audit findings, educate coders and managers, and identify documentation gaps affecting coding accuracy.

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS and reimbursement systems is required. Ideal candidates hold AHIMA/AAPC credentials or are able to obtain CPMA within 12 months, and have at least five years of professional coding experience in

Qualifications

• Formal coding program completion with preference for AHIMA/AAPC credentials.
• 5+ years of progressive professional medical coding/reimbursement experience.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
• Understanding of coding guidelines and resources; ability to audit findings.
• Experience with outpatient clinics and multiple systems preferred.
