Job summary

Community Phone is seeking an Outbound SDR to open doors with local services and community organizations. You will begin conversations from scratch, tailor messages, and book discovery calls for Account Executives.

This high-activity role requires sharp, resourceful, and resilient outreach from a fully remote setting. In this position you will craft personalized sequences, maintain a strong pipeline, and push towards KPIs while collaborating with marketing and AEs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in SDR/BDR roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound quotas.
• Strong cold calling and cold email skills to open conversations.
• High-speed internet, a PC or laptop, and noise-cancelling headphones.
• Comfortable working fully remote and asynchronously.
• Excellent pipeline management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sequences across cold call, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects against our ICP and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Hit weekly and monthly KPIs: dials, connects, emails sent, meetings booked, pipeline sourced.
• Use our sales stack (CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to stay organized.
• Collaborate with marketing and AEs to align messaging and campaigns.
• Feed intel back to the team on objections, competitors, and market trends.
• Show up to coaching and take feedback seriously to improve performance.
