Job summary

Hyre is seeking a Result-driven SDR to drive outbound prospecting and handle inbound inquiries from a fully remote setting across the United States. You will engage leads, qualify opportunities, and contribute to a growing customer base.

You will log activities in HubSpot, collaborate with sales teammates, and meet daily activity targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. A noise-free home office and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads daily
• Manage inbound leads as the first point of contact with rapid response times
• Calculate and provide accurate estimates and quotes to prospective customers
• Qualify leads by identifying fit and interest level
• Schedule callbacks and maintain organized follow-up activity
• Log call outcomes and notes in CRM software such as HubSpot
• Meet daily outbound activity targets and performance metrics
