Job summary

MCI is seeking a Full-Time Outbound Sales Representative to join its remote, work-at-home team. You will proactively reach out to prospective customers, present products, identify needs, and build relationships to achieve sales goals.

The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, with excellent communication skills, comfortable handling high call volumes, and able to work a full-time schedule from home in the United States. CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present products and services confidently and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Follow all sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
