MCI is seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to support a variety of projects while representing some of the world’s most recognizable brands. You will make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell products, delivering excellent customer service.

Our industry-leading training program helps you grow and succeed. Responsibilities include handling hundreds of customer interactions weekly, utilizing knowledge bases, documenting orders, and staying up to date on policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately (20+ wpm) and to use Microsoft Office.
• Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Utilize knowledge base and training to answer questions and upsell products.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Document and process customer orders in systems and follow scripts and procedures.
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge.
