Job summary

MCI is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to reach prospective customers across the country and upsell products while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes engaging with hundreds of customers weekly, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.

You will participate in comprehensive training and growth opportunities. The position emphasizes meeting targets, being a team player in a fast-paced environment, and adhering to scripts and security requirements

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed 20+ wpm and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and upsell products and services.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Document and process orders in appropriate systems.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff when needed.
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge.
