Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a remote Member Engagement Coordinator to reach Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone, offering free in-home or virtual health evaluations and scheduling appointments. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center or 2+ years general work experience required.
• Experience in outbound calling and high-volume environments.
• Comfort with scripts and metrics-driven work.
• Ability to work in an efficient outbound center.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using a dialer.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts to explain terms clearly and respond to rebuttals professionally.
• Meet daily goals for dials and appointments.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
• Monitor performance with designated reporting systems.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security during handling of PHI.
