Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring for a remote Member Engagement Coordinator. You will contact Medicare Advantage/Medicaid members by phone to offer and schedule in-home or virtual health evaluations, aiming to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals.

The role reports to a Member Engagement Manager. Requires strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced outbound call center, and strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience.
• Outbound call center experience in a metrics-driven environment preferred.
• Desire to work in an outbound call center with fixed daily schedule.
• Strong communication and professional courtesy in health plan interactions.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of outbound calls to offer, explain, and schedule health evaluations.
• Follow scripts and ensure members understand terms; handle rebuttals politely.
• Present a positive, professional, high-energy approach to clients and members.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets in office or remote environment.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers.
• Monitor performance with reporting systems and escalate complaints as needed.
• Participate in peer coaching and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
