CVS Health is seeking a remote Member Engagement Coordinator to contact members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans by phone, offering and scheduling free in-home or virtual health evaluations. You will work toward productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

This role reports to a Member Engagement Manager. It requires strong communication, the ability to work on a fixed daily schedule, and comfort using multiple systems while making calls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling and scripts is preferred.
• Able to work in a metrics-driven environment and adhere to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automated dialer to offer and schedule health evaluations.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and respond professionally to rebuttals.
• Meet daily productivity goals and maintain high-quality service.
