Job summary

CVS Health Corporation, through Signify Health, seeks a Member Engagement Coordinator to reach out to Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone, explain benefits, and schedule free health evaluations. This is a full-time remote role within the Continental United States.

You will follow established scripts, maintain high productivity targets, and uphold HIPAA privacy standards while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience.
• Outbound call center experience with metrics and scripts preferred.
• Desire to work in an efficient outbound call center environment.
• Persuasive with professional courtesy when engaging members.
• Strong communication and friendly, conversational skills.
• Adhere to a fixed daily schedule and multiple systems during calls.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using a dialer to schedule health evaluations.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and address rebuttals professionally.
• Present a positive, high-energy approach to clients and members.
• Meet daily goals (outbound dials, appointments) in office or remote settings.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested.
• Monitor performance metrics using reporting systems and adjust as needed.
• Report member complaints to managers and assist with escalations.
• Participate in peer coaching as needed and maintain HIPAA privacy.
