Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to contact members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans by phone, offering and scheduling a free in-home or virtual health evaluation. You will work to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals in a remote environment.

The role requires the ability to make high-volume outbound calls, follow scripts, and maintain a professional, energetic presence with members and health plan partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience.
• Outbound call center or high-volume experience with auto dialer and scripts preferred.
• Desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
• Persuasive with professional courtesy when rebutting questions.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule a health evaluation.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and ensure members understand terms.
• Present a positive, high-energy approach to clients and members.
• Meet daily department goals (e.g., 300-400 outbound dials, 25 appointments) in office or remote environment.
• Monitor performance using designated reporting systems.
• Follow HIPAA and privacy guidelines when handling health information.
