Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
• Persuasive with professional courtesy in rebuttals.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems while making calls.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using a dialer to offer and schedule health evaluations.
• Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand terms.
• Meet daily productivity goals (outbound dials, appointments) in office or remote environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and report escalations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in handling PHI.
