Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Member Engagement Coordinator to contact health plan members by phone, explain services, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations. You will follow approved scripts, target daily goals, and report to a Member Engagement Manager.

This remote role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and call center or similar experience. It offers starting pay of $15 per hour, a 40-hour week, bi-weekly commissions, benefits, PTO, and tuition reimbursement for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center or 2+ years general work experience required.
• Experience with outbound calls and scripts is preferred.
• Able to work a fixed daily schedule, with reliable internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using a dialer to offer and schedule evaluations.
• Explain services clearly and respond to member questions.
• Meet daily productivity targets and maintain quality standards.
• Follow HIPAA and security guidelines when handling information.
