Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I for a remote position in the United States. This full-time role involves outbound telemarketing to prospective patients, targeting appointment scheduling and patient acquisition. Training is mandatory for four weeks, with hours 8 am–5:30 pm local time.

You’ll work in a remote-capable environment, requiring reliable internet, multiple systems proficiency, and strong communication. Base+bonus pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience or telemarketing.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and achieve quotas.
• Observe Medicare basics and insurance basics.
