Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a motivated Sales Call Center Representative I for full-time remote work. You will perform outbound telemarketing to prospective patients, participate in a 4-week training, and drive patient appointments while meeting daily quotas.

Ideal candidates have call center or telemarketing experience, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and CRM tools. Base + bonus structure; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in call center outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Able to participate in mandatory 4-week training (8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Mon–Fri).
• US work authorization.
• Proficient with using multiple systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport, listening, qualification, objections handling, and closing.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor’s appointments with new patients and hit quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
