Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team. This full-time outbound telemarketing role focuses on patient acquisition and revenue growth, requiring you to make 300+ outbound calls daily and meet daily quotas.

A 4-week training program (8:00–17:30, Mon–Fri) is required, followed by regular shifts 5:00–19:00, Mon–Sat, with a base plus bonus pay structure.

Qualifications

• Call center or telemarketing experience is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to learn new technology and navigate multiple systems.
• Experience using Salesforce or a CRM is preferred.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Articulate Oak Street Health’s value proposition to patients.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building and closing.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance to assist patients.
