Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring for a Sales Call Center Representative I. This full-time, remote role involves outbound telemarketing to prospective patients, training, and meeting daily/weekly quotas. You will use Salesforce and other CRMs to track progress and optimize outreach.

Training runs 4 weeks, 8 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Center hours span 5 am - 7 pm, Monday to Saturday, with on-site requirements only where needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in call center or telemarketing preferred.
• Base + bonus compensation structure.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street Health's proposition.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet quotas.
