Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I to join a fast-growing telemarketing team. This full-time, remote role focuses on outbound calls to prospective patients, qualifying interest, and setting appointments to support patient acquisition and revenue growth.

You'll undergo a 4-week training, work a schedule 5 am–7 pm, Mon-Sat, and use Salesforce and other systems to manage leads, track calls, and hit daily quotas in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound telemarketing or call center sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
