Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I in a fully remote capacity across the United States. You will conduct outbound telemarketing, build rapport, understand patient needs, and schedule initial doctor appointments while targeting daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.

The role requires strong communication, resilience, and experience with CRM tools. Training is provided; base plus bonus compensation applies in a dynamic call center environment.

Qualifications

• Outbound call experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and aim to convert to new patients.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet weekly quotas.
• Utilize sales skills to build rapport and close opportunities.
