Job summary

Oak Street Health in Remote is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to support outbound telemarketing, acquire patients, and drive revenue growth.

This full-time role includes a mandatory 4-week training, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with a base plus bonus pay structure and the use of Salesforce CRM.

You will work in a fast-paced center with 5 am – 7 pm hours and must maintain excellent attendance, time management, and a professional remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience or telemarketing.
• Proficient in learning new technology and communication tools.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Good attendance and time management are critical.
• Willingness to work in base + bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street Health's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, listening, qualification, objections handling, and closing.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor’s appointments and meet quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
