Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a full-time Sales Call Center Representative I for a remote role. You will conduct outbound calls to prospective patients, aim to convert inquiries into new patients, and meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas.

Expect mandatory training for four weeks, 8 am–5:30 pm, Mon–Fri, then operate in a remote call center environment with hour ranges that may vary by business needs. The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to learn new tools, Salesforce experience, and

Qualifications

• Outbound call center sales experience required.
• Base + bonus compensation structure.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• US work authorization required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's value proposition.
• Use sales skills including rapport, active listening, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments with new patients and meet quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
