Oak Street Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I for a full-time, remote role in the United States. The position involves outbound telemarketing to prospective patients, training, and meeting daily and monthly quotas.

Ideal candidates have call center/telemarketing experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. A base salary plus bonuses is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience or telemarketing.
• Base + bonus compensation structure.
• US work authorization required.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's unique proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor’s appointments with new patients and achieve quotas.
• Other duties, as assigned.
