Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven, resilient, and results-oriented sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as a Sales Development Advisor (SDA).

The SDA is an unlicensed, outbound sales position responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating interest in SelectQuote's products, understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and transferring qualified prospects to a licensed insurance agent.

Qualifications

• 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (up to 800/day).
• Identify needs and qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward next steps.
• Follow scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversation.
• Meet or exceed transfer and performance goals.
