Qualifications

• 1+ year of telesales or inside sales experience required.
• Proven ability to perform in high-volume, metric-driven or commission-based environments.
• Demonstrated success toward quotas, KPIs, or conversion goals.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Confident, energetic, and conversational on the phone.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Able to follow scripts and established processes.
• Willing to accept coaching and apply feedback.
• Professional and reliable work habits.
• Prepared to explain employment gaps or frequent changes.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 calls per day.
• Generate interest and engage prospects effectively.
• Build rapport and communicate confidently over the phone.
• Identify needs and qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections, stalls, hesitation, and rejection during conversations.
• Redirect conversations toward next steps and maintain natural flow.
• Follow scripts and established processes.
• Meet or exceed transfer and other performance goals.
• Be coachable and apply feedback to improve results.
• Work with multiple monitors, software, and phone systems.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
