Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a remote, full-time Member Engagement Coordinator who will contact Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation.

You will meet daily productivity and quality goals while reporting to a Member Engagement Manager, operating in a compliant, supportive environment with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience.
• Outbound call center or high-volume experience with scripts is preferred.
• Desire to work in a metrics-driven outbound environment.
• Persuasive with professional courtesy.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow a fixed schedule.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking across systems.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer to offer and schedule health evaluations.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts to ensure understanding and respond to rebuttals professionally.
• Maintain a positive, energetic approach with clients and team members.
• Meet daily department goals (e.g., 300–400 outbound dials, 25 appointments) and adhere to shifts and quality targets.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and report results using designated systems.
• Escalate member complaints to supervisors as required.
• Participate in peer coaching and maintain HIPAA compliance.
