Oak Street Health is seeking a talented, full-time Sales Call Center Representative I to support patient acquisition and revenue growth through outbound telemarketing. You will participate in a 4-week training and join a remote team with early-to-late hours, working toward daily quotas.

You will rely on strong communication, CRM familiarity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to achieve appointments and drive results.

Qualifikationen

• Call center outbound sales experience required.
• Base + bonus salary structure; comfortable with targets.
• Proficient in learning new technology and tools.
• Excellent attendance and time management are essential.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's unique proposition.
• Utilize rapport, active listening, and closing techniques.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
