Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a remote Member Engagement Coordinator who will contact health plan members by phone to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation. You will work to meet department productivity, quality, and customer service goals while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

The role reports to a Member Engagement Manager and requires the ability to use multiple systems, scripts, and a dialer to achieve daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience.
• Experience with outbound calling and scripts is preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to offer, explain, and schedule a free health evaluation.
• Follow approved scripts and address member questions with professionalism.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets in a remote or office setting.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect health information.
