Qualifications

• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
• Outbound call center or high volume experience with metrics
• Experience using scripts and auto-dialer systems

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer and schedule health evaluations
• Follow approved scripts and respond to rebuttals professionally
• Meet daily outbound, appointment, and productivity goals in office or remote environments
• Monitor performance metrics and report findings to leadership
• Protect patient information per HIPAA and privacy guidelines
