Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I for a full-time remote position. You will conduct outbound telemarketing, identify patient needs, and schedule appointments to drive patient acquisition. The role includes mandatory training and hitting daily/weekly quotas.

The ideal candidate has call center or telemarketing experience, is comfortable with a base+bonus structure, and can navigate Salesforce and other CRM tools. US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.

• Schedule initial doctor appointments and achieve quotas.
• Utilize rapport building, active listening, and closing techniques.
