Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I for a full-time, remote role. You will perform outbound telemarketing to acquire new patients and meet daily/weekly quotas while completing a mandatory 4-week training.

Expect to work across multiple systems, including Salesforce, in a fast-paced call center. Ideal candidates have strong communication, time management, and a proven ability to multitask in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound call center/sales is required or preferred.
• Candidate must be comfortable with base + bonus pay structure.
• Proficient in learning new technology and communication tools.
• Strong attendance and time-management skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street Health's value.
• Utilize sales skills: rapport building, listening, qualifying, objections, closing.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
