Job summary

PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking experienced Outbound Collections Agents to join our remote team. If you thrive on solving problems, making high-volume calls, and helping customers find solutions for past-due payments, we want to hear from you!

Position is permanently remote and requires residing in Utah or listed states. Compensation includes $18.00–$21.00/hour with monthly bonuses up to $400–$800 and uncapped commissions, plus DAY ONE benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of full-time outbound collections experience within the last 3-5 years.
• Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers.
• Ability to provide above-and-beyond service.
• Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI’s, and goals.
• Experience working with various computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans.
• Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them.
• Accurately record customer information into their accounts.
