Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Collections Representative to make outbound calls and assist customers with overdue payments. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of collections experience, be proactive in providing excellent customer service, and be comfortable working with various computer programs. This permanently remote role offers a competitive hourly wage and monthly bonuses, ensuring all candidates are authorized to work in the U.S.

Collections Representative

Calling all collections representatives! If you have previous collections experience we want to talk to you! We are looking to hire people who have made a high volume of outbound calls, aren’t hesitant to pick up the phone, and want to find solutions to past‑due payments. Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr – $21.00/hr

Additional Compensation

Monthly bonuses up to $600–1,000.

Locations

Positions are available for those who live in Utah, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. The role is permanently remote (WFH).
