Job summary

PrincePerelson & Associates seeks an experienced Outbound Collections Agent to join our remote team and work from Missouri. You will make high-volume calls to collect overdue payments, help customers choose payment plans, and record details in their accounts.

Start date is October 5th, with full-time hours and benefits. Compensation includes $18.00–$21.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses up to $400–$800 and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-time outbound collections experience within the last 3–5 years.
• Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers.
• Ability to provide above-and-beyond service.
• Confidence in hitting metrics and goals.
• Experience working with various computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans.
• Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them.
• Accurately record customer information into their accounts.
