Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-time outbound collections experience.
• Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers.
• Independent problem solver with confidence in hitting metrics and goals.
• Experience working with various computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans.
• Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them.
• Accurately record customer information into their accounts.
