Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I for remote, full-time work. You will conduct outbound telemarketing to prospective patients, schedule initial doctor appointments, and meet daily quotas.

The role includes mandatory 4-week training 8 am–5:30 pm Monday–Friday and requires reliable equipment and a distraction-free home office. Candidates should have call center or telemarketing experience, be comfortable with base plus bonus compensation, and be proficient with

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing.
• Comfortable in a base + bonus salary structure.
• Proficient with learning new technology and communication tools.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills: rapport building, listening, questioning, objections handling and closing.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and achieve quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
