Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I for a full-time remote role to drive patient acquisition through outbound telemarketing and to support revenue growth objectives. This position requires completing a mandatory 4-week training course from 8:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday, with attendance required.

Core duties include making 300+ outbound calls daily, qualifying prospects, scheduling initial doctor visits, and achieving daily/weekly quotas.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience or telemarketing preferred.
• Base salary plus bonus structure is expected.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and time management skills.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition.
• Utilize rapport building, active listening, and closing techniques.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance; schedule initial doctor visits.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas; other duties as assigned.
