Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a motivated Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote telemarketing team. In this full-time role, you will conduct outbound calls to recruit new patients and schedule initial appointments, working toward daily and weekly quotas with the support of training and performance feedback.

You will participate in a 4-week training, hours 8 am–5:30 pm, and operate within call center hours of 5 am–7 pm, Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Able to learn new technology and communication tools.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street Health's value proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, and closing.
• Schedule initial doctor’s appointments with new patients and achieve quotas.
