Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I for remote, full-time telemarketing to drive patient acquisition. You will make outbound calls, meet daily/weekly quotas, and participate in a mandatory 4-week training from 8 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates have call center or telemarketing experience, strong communication skills, and US work authorization. Base plus bonus with opportunities in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience or telemarketing.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street Health proposition.
• Utilize sales skills: rapport, active listening, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, closing.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor’s appointments and hit quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
