Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to perform outbound telemarketing and drive patient acquisition from a remote setting. The role includes a mandatory 4-week training, with 8 am–5:30 pm hours, and daily outbound targets to generate new patients.

The position offers a base plus bonus structure, with work from home requirements including a private environment and reliable internet. Prior call center experience and Salesforce familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience with call centers or telemarketing is a plus.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert to new patients.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet quotas.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Utilize sales skills: rapport, listening, objections, closing.
• Participate in mandatory training: 4 weeks, 8am-5:30pm.
