Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team. The role focuses on outbound telemarketing to recruit new patients, with a mandatory 4-week training in a full-time schedule.

Expect to work 5 am–7 pm, Mon–Sat, and hit daily/weekly/monthly quotas while learning Medicare basics and insurance basics. Candidates should have call center or telemarketing experience, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience or telemarketing.
• Base salary + bonus structure.
• Proficient in learning new technology and communication tools.
• Good attendance and time management are critical for success.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
• Proficient with navigating multiple systems while speaking to prospects.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Open to constructive feedback.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Coachable and eager to learn a new industry.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing.
• Understand Medicare Basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments with new patients and meet quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
