Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a talented and competitive, full-time telemarketing Call Center Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will make outbound calls to prospective patients, schedule initial doctor appointments, and work toward daily/weekly quotas.

Training is four weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5:30 pm; call center hours are 5 am–7 pm, Mon–Sat. Ideal candidates have call center outbound sales experience, are comfortable with a base + bonus structure, and can learn new technology

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing.
• Comfortable in a base + bonus salary structure.
• Proficient in learning new technology and communication tools.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments with new patients and achieve quotas.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, and closing.
• Operate across multiple systems while speaking to prospects.
