Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks an experienced OT Pre-Construction Project Manager to drive project set-up and handoffs from Pre-Con to execution. You will coordinate scope, schedule, and budgets for EPC pre-con, maintain trackers, and serve as the primary liaison with EPC Pre-Con teams on incoming projects.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with design, procurement and field teams to draft BOMs, validate budgets, and ensure accurate, timely project documentation while upholding SOLV Energy's

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience with multiple projects.
• 2+ years PV solar industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SCADA/OT systems is a plus.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC pre-construction projects: scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and serve as main POC.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoffs and confirm budgets with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and procurement to draft BOM.
• Oversee vendor subcontracts within project timelines.
• Support continuous process improvements.
