Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead pre-construction activities for our OT solutions in utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage projects. You will coordinate scope, schedule, and budgets, and serve as the main point of contact for EPC Pre-Con handoffs.

You will collaborate with design, procurement, and EPC teams to ensure timely, cost-effective project setup, while maintaining trackers and supporting month-end reporting for ongoing pre-construction work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience across multi-disciplinary teams.
• 2+ years in PV solar industry.
• Knowledge of SCADA/OT systems is a plus.
• Strong budgeting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction phase, scope, schedule and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and support handoffs.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and EPC teams to finalize BOMs and contracts.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls.
• Set up projects in CMiC and monitor cost changes.
