Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced OTS Project Manager to lead pre-construction for EPC projects in the Operations Technology Solutions group. This fully remote role will discuss location details during the interview process.

You will manage scope, schedule and budget, maintain trackers, and serve as the main POC to EPC Pre-Con on incoming projects. Collaboration with design, procurement and EPC Pre-Con teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience; managing multiple projects preferred.
• 2+ years PV solar industry experience preferred.
• General knowledge of SCADA/OT system design, setup and support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee OTS EPC projects during the pre-construction phase, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and act as main POC to EPC Pre-Con.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls and confirm initial project budgets with stakeholders.
• Draft project BOMs in collaboration with procurement; set up projects in CMiC.
• Collaborate with design and EPC teams to kick off design and track budgets.
• Support cost changes, vendor subcontracts, and project resource assignment.
• Review schedules, participate in monthly pre-construction reporting, and ensure smooth handoffs to PMs.
