Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager of Operational Technology to oversee OT systems across our data center portfolio. You will lead deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support of BMS, PMS, SCADA, and PLC-based controls to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

You will collaborate with Engineering, IT, Cyber Security, and Operations to standardize OT platforms and governance, manage OT engineers and contractors, and drive KPI reporting and change control across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Technology environments, data centers, or critical facilities.
• Knowledge of BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial networking.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily OT operations to ensure reliability, uptime, and secure performance.
• Manage OT engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for OT systems management and change control.
