Job summary

Vantage seeks a seasoned Manager of Operational Technology to oversee OT systems across its data center portfolio. You will lead integration of BMS, PMS, SCADA, and PLC-based controls, ensuring reliability, security, and scalable operations.

Responsibilities include standardizing OT platforms, managing day-to-day monitoring, directing vendor relations, and mentoring engineers and technicians. Travel approx. 25% may be required as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of OT/ICS, automation, or controls.
• Data Center experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the OT strategy and roadmap to advance data center growth, reliability, and security.
• Manage design coordination, deployment support, and operations of OT systems, including BMS, PMS, SCADA, and PLC-based controls.
• Help standardize OT platforms, processes, and governance across data center sites.
• Oversee day-to-day monitoring, alarming, and incident response for OT environments.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, service delivery, and performance for OT platforms and integration partners.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentorship to OT engineers, technicians, and contractors.
