Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a dynamic Manager of Operational Technology to oversee OT systems across the data center portfolio. You will partner with Engineering, IT, Cyber Security, and Operations to ensure reliability, security and scalable automation at scale.

Responsibilities include leading OT strategy, standardizing platforms, and guiding engineers, technicians, and contractors. Remote in the U.S. with travel as needed; competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field preferred.
• OT systems experience in data centers or critical facilities.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT strategy and roadmap to advance data center growth, reliability, and security.
• Oversee design, deployment, and operations of OT systems (BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLCs).
• Standardize OT platforms, governance, and processes across sites.
• Monitor incidents, implement change control and root-cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for OT platforms.
