Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Manager of Operational Technology to oversee OT systems across its data center portfolio. You will drive reliability, security, and scalability of BMS, PMS, SCADA, and PLC-based controls while partnering with Engineering, IT, and Cyber Security to meet regulatory and performance requirements.

You will mentor OT engineers and technicians, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to standardize practices and improve KPI outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in OT/ICS, automation, or controls; data center experience valued.
• Experience with BMS/PMS/SCADA/PLCs and industrial networks.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks and governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Travel requirement around 25% as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT strategy and roadmap to grow data center reliability and security.
• Oversee design, deployment, and operations of OT systems (BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLCs).
• Standardize OT platforms, governance, and change control across sites.
• Manage day‑to‑day OT monitoring, incidents, and escalations.
• Coordinate vendor relations, deployments, and performance for OT platforms.
• Mentor OT engineers, technicians, and contractors; set priorities and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and Operations to scale OT capabilities.
