Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Manager of Operational Technology (OT) to lead the implementation, coordination, and ongoing support of OT systems across a growing data center portfolio. You will partner with Engineering, IT, Cyber Security and Operations to standardize OT platforms, ensure reliability, and scale capabilities while maintaining security and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on BMS, PMS, SCADA and PLC-based controls, plus new tech exploration.

Qualifications

• OT/ICS knowledge including BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLCs and networks.
• Experience leading OT teams with contractor oversight.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, IT and Cybersecurity.
• Travel ~25% as needed for onsite support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OT strategy and roadmap for data centers to boost reliability and security.
• Manage OT system deployment, upgrades, and operations (BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLCs).
• Standardize OT platforms, processes, and governance across sites.
• Lead incident response, change control, and root-cause analysis for OT events.
• Mentor OT engineers and coordinate vendors/partners for delivery.
